In-Home Speech Therapy

In-home speech therapy provides direct intervention in a familiar environment and includes parent collaboration to support progress throughout the week. Sessions are 45 minutes and offered on a limited basis.

This service may be a good fit for families who:

  • Prefer therapy in the home environment
  • Want support embedded into daily routines
  • Value convenience and individualized care
  • Want direct parent collaboration within the home setting

Travel fees may apply depending on location.

In-Office Speech Therapy

In-office speech therapy offers focused one-on-one support in a structured setting designed to minimize distractions and maximize progress on speech goals. Location: Temecula. Scheduling list available for interested families.

Virtual Articulation Drills

Virtual articulation drills are designed to provide concentrated, high-value practice with repeated opportunities to produce target sounds correctly. These sessions support repetition, consistency, accuracy, fluency, and home carryover.

This service may be a good fit for children who:

  • Need support with 1 to 2 target sounds or a specific phonological pattern

  • Need extra repetition to improve accuracy and fluency

AAC Assessments and Parent Training

AAC assessments help determine which communication supports may best fit your child’s strengths, needs, motor abilities, language level, and daily environments. Parent training helps AAC feel more natural, practical, and meaningful in everyday life.

AAC assessments may be helpful for children who:

  • Are minimally speaking or non-speaking

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

An Independent Educational Evaluation is an evaluation completed by a qualified professional who is not employed by the school district.

Speech and language IEEs are available based on referral concerns and current availability.

An IEE may be helpful when:

  • You disagree with the school district’s evaluation
  • You feel your child’s needs were not fully identified
  • You want a more detailed understanding of speech, language, or social communication skills
  • You want an outside professional opinion to help guide services and supports
  • You have concerns about whether bilingualism may have affected how your child was assessed
  • You want recommendations that are clear, individualized, and educationally relevant

Bilingual speech and language IEEs are available in Spanish and English.

Advocacy and IEP Support

Advocacy and IEP support helps families better understand reports, services, goals, and school recommendations so they can participate more confidently in the IEP process.

Advocacy support may be helpful if you:

Payment Options

I Empower Speech Therapy is a private pay practice. Depending on your insurance plan, families may be able to use out-of-network benefits or submit a superbill for possible reimbursement. Families are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to verify coverage, reimbursement eligibility, and authorization requirements.
